  • Case No. 2011- 07 – Ms. Carolyn Cicale – 101 Pierce Drive, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new two story addition on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “Bulk Requirements”,  regarding an insufficient side yard setback and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof.
