  • Case No. 2011- 01 – Mr. and Mrs. Victor Fama – 129 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new (2) two story addition to the rear of their residence on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”,  regarding insufficient side yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
  • Case No. 2011- 02 – Mr. and Mrs. Reno Decker – 10 Sarles Lane, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a roof expansion to the rear of their residence on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”,  regarding insufficient side yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
  • Discussion with Building Inspector :  General discussion with Building Inspector concerning the limitations on basketball hoops within the Village of Pleasantville and sport courts.
