  • Case No. 2010- 17 – Prime Petroleum Services Inc. – 1 Broadway, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to eliminate the existing service bays and establish a convenience store in conjunction with an existing gas station on-site in violation of section 185-46.A.(2) “non-conforming buildings and uses” of the Village Municipal Zoning Code which prohibits any type of non-conforming use of buildings from being extended to occupy any part of a building or structure which was not manifestly arranged or designed for such use on the effective date of the zoning provision that created the non-conforming use.
