- Case No. 2010- 11 – Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Sexton – 116 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to reconstruct a deteriorated wooden deck on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”, regarding an insufficient side yard setback and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
