- Case No. 2010-05 – PNM PV Realty LLC – 59 Marble Ave and 6-8 Paulding Street, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to establish a new restaurant and associated commercial uses on-site in conjunction with an existing building on property located at 59 Marble Ave and 6-8 Paulding Street, Pleasantville NY in violation of section(s)-------- 185-36.B.(7) Schedule VII “Off Street Parking and Loading Requirements”, of the Zoning Ordinance regarding insufficient parking spaces and other municipal ”Bulk standards”
- Case No. 2010- 06 – Ms. Gail Blumenfeld – 207 Washington Avenue, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new 2 ½ story addition on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”, regarding insufficient side yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2)exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
- Case No. 2010- 07 – Mr. Vincent Groppa – d/b/a/ Groppa Pools Inc. – 20 Lincoln Avenue, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to legalize the creation of a 2nd story improvement and associated interior modifications on-site in violation of section 185-46.A.(2) which prohibits any type of non-conforming use of buildings from being extended to occupy any part of a building or structure which was not manifestly arranged or designed for such use on the effective date of the zoning provision that created the non-conforming use.
