- Case No. 2009-07– Mr. Stephen Rossnagel (contract vendee) – 100 Nannahagan Road, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new garage/deck on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”, regarding an insufficient rear yard setback and section 185-46.C.(2) “exceptions” which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
