1.      Case No. 2007-07 – Mr. and Mrs. Mark Zarick  – 35 Hays Hill Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to establish parking within a required front yard on-site in violation of section 185-38.E “layout, location and ownership of off-street parking facilities” and section 185-48.D.(1) of the municipal zoning code regarding parking in a required front yard and constructing a walkway within four feet of a property line  

2.      Case No. 2007-08 – Mr. and Mrs. Michael Sanborn – 563 Manville Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to convert a screened porch into a playroom  on-site in violation of section 185-36.B(1) schedule I “bulk requirements” regarding insufficient side and front yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) “exceptions” which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
