Case No. 2007-08 – Mr. and Mrs. Michael Sanborn – 563 Manville Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to convert a screened porch into a playroom on-site in violation of section 185-36.B(1) schedule I “bulk requirements” regarding insufficient side and front yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) “exceptions” which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
