1.      Case No. 2006-16 - Mr. and Mrs. John Leen – 65 Romer Ave. Pleasantville, New York  – Proposed  new single family dwelling on  vacant property known as 61 Romer Ave. within the Village of Pleasantville in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving insufficient setbacks, lot area, lot depth and section 185-7. (F).(3)of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance.
Adjourned until further notice pending legal review by council.

2.      Case No. 2006-31 – Mr. and Mrs. Wael Alesawy – 66 Skytop Drive, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to demolish an existing single-family dwelling on-site and construct two (2) new single family dwellings as part of a new subdivision proposal in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving insufficient lot with and frontage for both lots

3.      Case No.2006-33 –Mr. Gerardo Villani -475 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposed fast food restaurant (pizzeria) on-site in violation of section 185-19.A.(13)(a),[1],[3],[4] “ permitted principle use” of the municipal zoning ordinance regarding distance separations from  other fast food establishments, residence district and street intersection. Furthermore section 185-36.B.(7) schedule VII “Bulk and off street parking and loading requirements” regarding insufficient parking.

4.      Case No.2006-34 –Prime Petroleum Services Inc.- 1 Broadway , Pleasantville N.Y.- Proposed detached canopy on-site in violation of section 185-46.A.(1) “Non-conforming buildings and uses” of the municipal zoning ordinance
