Case No. 2006-25 – Mr. Frank Madonna – 201-203 Marble Avenue - Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to establish a children’s hair salon on-site in violation of section of 185-23.A “Permitted Principal Uses” of the Zoning Ordinance, which does not expressly permit children’s hair salons as a permitted principal use within the M-1 “Planned Light Manufacturing” zoning district

Case No. 2006-26 –Mrs. Gaby Jackson – 85 Columbus Avenue - Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to erect a detached storage shed on-site in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” and section 185-12.B.(2)(a) “Accessory Uses” and 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” involving an insufficient front yard setback, excessive coverage and expansion of a non-complying building
