1.      Case No. 2006-05 – Mr. and Mrs. Brian McDermott – 25  Brookfield Place, Pleasantville, New York – Proposed additions on-site in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving excessive coverage and section 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing, non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof

2.      Case No. 2006-16 Mr. and Mrs. John Leen – 65 Romer Ave. Pleasantville, New York  – Proposed  new single family dwelling on  vacant property known as 61 Romer Ave. within the Village of Pleasantville in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving insufficient setbacks, lot area, lot depth and section 185-7. (F).(3)of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance.

3.      Case No. 2006-17 – Mr. and Mrs. Barry Stopler – 83  Summit Place , Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to construct an attached two car garage on-site in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving an insufficient side yard setback of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance.

4.      Case No. 2006-18 _- DP 25 , L.L.C.- 42 Memorial Plaza, Pleasantville , New York-  Proposal to establish a new Starbucks coffee shop ( fast food restaurant) on-site in violation of section 185- 19.A.(13)(a)[1][3] and section 185-36.B.(7), schedule VII “off street parking and loading requirements” of the Municipal zoning ordinance regarding insufficient distance separations and insufficient parking.

5.      Case No. 2006-19 – Mr. Anthony Cacciola and John Gisondi- 38 Thomas Street , Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to legalize the conversion of a single (1) family dwelling to a three (3) family dwelling done circa 1928 and proposed associated on-site improvements in violation.
