2.      Case No. 2004-21 – Mr. and Mrs. Charles Duwe – 26 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York – Request for an extension of a previously approved Zoning Board of Appeals decision regarding a re-subdivision of property as proposed on plans by Frank Tancredi, Architect – the original appeal was to obtain a variance from section(s) 185-36.B(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance involving deficient lot frontage and lot width

3.      Case No. 2005-20 – Mr. Lien Chen - 55 Maple Hill Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to reconstruct a wooden deck on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving a deficient rear yard setback and section 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing, non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof

4.      Case No. 2005-21– Mr. and Mrs. Michael Amoruso – 7 Mountain Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to repair and reconstruct an existing flagstone patio on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving deficient side yard setbacks and coverage and section 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing, non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof

5.       Case No. 2005-22– Interpretation –  Request by the Building Inspector regarding an interpretation of section 185-38.E of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance – A copy of the requested interpretation is on file with the office of the Building Inspector, where it may be examined by any interested persons.

6.      Case No. 2005-23– Mr. David Balaj d/b/a L&N Twins Place Inc.– 2-4 Virginia Place, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to construct a new parking area on-site in violation of section 185-46.A.(1) “nonconforming buildings and uses” of the Zoning Ordinance and section 185-38.E. “Layout, location and ownership of off-street parking facilities” which prohibits parking in a required front yard
