Local Law Amending Chapter 185, Zoning to Add a New Article VI-A Entitled “Eldercare Community (EC) Floating District” and to amend the Zoning Map of the Village of Pleasantville identified on the Village of Pleasantville Tax Map as Section 99.15, Block 3, Lot 67. (The land affected by such Amendments is approximately a 3.9 acre portion of the property with the address of 70 Bedford Road)
