ANNOUNCEMENTS:

PRESENTATION: By Pleasantville Middle School “STEM” Students (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics after School Program)
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
- 1) Local Law Amending Chapter 185 Zoning, Section 185-5 to Change the Zoning Designation for 19 Hobby Street, Section 106.9, Block 2, Lot 9, from the Multiple Residence R-3 District to the A-1 Business District.
- 2) Local Law Amending Chapter 185 Zoning as follows: Renumber Section 185-25(A)(4) Entitled “Common Property” to Section 185-24(A)(5)
Add a New Sub-Section (4) to Section 185-25(A) to read “Notwithstanding any provision in this Article to the contrary, PUD designation may also be applied to lands located within a Campus-Office (C-O) District, provided, such lands are comprised of at least fifteen (15) contiguous acres of property. In such event, the number of dwelling units to be constructed within such PUD shall not exceed five (5) units per acre.
Add the following to the end of Section 185-25(B)(5): “unless the Planning Commission determines that in light of design, location, topography and/or potential landscaping and screening, a height in excess thereof would not, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, result in a significant adverse impact, provided that the height of any building shall not exceed 35 feet”
Add the following to the beginning of Section 185-25(B)(6) (new language in italics): “The right-of-way and pavement widths and lengths for internal roads serving multifamily dwellings ”
- 3) Local Law Amending Chapter 185 Zoning, Section 185-5 to Change the Zoning Designation for 485-501 Washington Avenue, Section 99.14, Block 1, Lot 79 from the C-O District to the PUD District.
