2.      Case No. 2008-15– Bruce and Lou Anne Hesch, 11 Hopper Street,, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to  convert a pre-existing, non-complying single family dwelling into a two-family dwelling on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(2) schedule II “bulk requirements” ,  section 185-36.B. (2) schedule VII and 185-46.C.(2) “exceptions” regarding insufficient bulk and parking criteria and expansion of a pre-existing non-complying building by increasing the amount of dwelling units
