ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
April 25, 2013
Call to Order: 7:10 P.M.
Item One:
ROLL CALL: Present was Chairman; Larry Ordway, James Allen. Tim Fisher, and Paul Boniface were absent. Rod Cole was excused.
Also present was Martha Sumner.
Minutes of March 28, 2013
T. Fisher motioned to accept the minutes of the March 28, 2013 meeting, second by L. Ordway.
There was no discussion on the motion and the vote was 2-0-0 U/A.
L. Ordway explained that there are only two members sitting on the Board tonight and so they cannot hold the meeting. He added that even if there were three members present all cases heard need three affirmative votes to be granted and so the applicants would have had the right to ask for a postponement until there are five voting members sitting on the Board. He stated that the hearings will be continued to the May 30, 2013 meeting and that no further notifications will be sent. He expressed his apologies to the applicants.
Other Business/Updates: Misc. Notices, letters, and other Correspondence from Dept. of Building Safety, Planning Department and ZBA
There was no other business before the Board; the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 P.M.

NOTE: THERE WAS NO QUORUM FOR THIS MEETING SO IT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN OFFICIAL MEETING. THESE MINUTES WILL BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THE LACK OF A QUORUM. THE ONLY ACTION THAT WAS TAKEN AT THIS MEETING WAS A VOTE OF THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 28, 2013 MEETING. THAT VOTE WILL HAVE TO BE RE-TAKEN AT THE MAY 30TH MEETING, ASSUMING THERE IS A QUORUM PRESENT TO OPEN AND HOLD THE MEETING. NO PUBLIC HEARINGS WERE HELD. IT WAS ALSO ANNOUNCED THAT ALL MATTERS THAT WERE SCHEDULED
FOR THIS MEETING ARE CONTINUED TO THE MAY 30, 2013 MEETING.
