The Plaistow Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearing on Thursday January 30, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the PLAISTOW TOWN HALL, 145 MAIN STREET, SECOND FLOOR, PLAISTOW, NH to consider the following applications:
(All requests are reference to the Plaistow Zoning Ordinances)

#14-01: A request from Julian Kiszka for a variance from Article IV, §220-32I to allow the installation of three (3) solar PV top-of-pole arrays twelve (12) feet from the front property line where thirty-five (35) feet is the minimum required.  The property is located at 1 May Ray Ave, Tax Map 40, Lot 96 in the CII District.  The applicant is the property owner of record.

Note:  This application was formerly heard as an eighteen (18) foot variance.  As construction was underway and nearly completed it was discovered there was a discrepancy in where the measurements were being taken.  The measurements were taken from the edge of pavement, not from the property line, a difference of +/- six (6) feet.  Since the distance was closer than the previously granted variance a new variance must be sought.
