The Plaistow Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearing on Thursday August 25, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the PLAISTOW TOWN HALL, 145 MAIN STREET, SECOND FLOOR, Plaistow, NH to consider the following applications:
(All requests are reference to the Plaistow Zoning Ordinances)

#11-11: A request from Janet Workman-Clark for a variance from Article V, §220-32I, to permit an addition that will be 23.6’ feet from the front property line, where 35’ is the minimum required..  The property is located at 2 Kelley Rd, Tax Map 31, Lot 23 in the MDR District.  The applicant is the property owner of record.

THIS IS INTENDED TO BE THE ORDER OF APPEARANCE FOR THE MEETING.  HOWEVER, THE CHAIRMAN HAS THE DISCRETION TO CHANGE THE ORDER IF IT IS FELT THAT DOING SO WILL MAKE THE MEETING PROGRESS MORE EFFICIENTLY


THIS MATTER HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN.  UPON FURTHER REVIEW IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A VARIANCE IS NOT REQUIRED AS THE APPLICANT QUALIFIES FOR A BUILDING PERMIT WITH THE NOTED SETBACK UNDER PLAISTOW ZONIGN ORDINANCE ARTICLE V §220-34.B.(4)(a) WHICH ALLOWS FOR THE AVERAGE SETBACK OF AT LEAST TWO EXISTING RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET AND WITHIN 300 FEET DISTANCE TO BE USED.  THE AVERAGE WAS DETERMINED TO BE 17 FEET AND THE REQUEST WAS TO BE 23’6”, THEREFORE NO VARIANCE IS REQUIRED.
