#09-20: A request from Cindy A. Stein and Jennifer A. Lee for a variance from Article V, §220-32I, for an addition that is said to be constructed within the minimum 50’ front property set back. #09-21: A request from New Hampshire Liquor Commission for a variance from Article IX, §220-59A(1) to permit an attached sign that is greater than 10% of the building’s façade. The property is located at 34 Plaistow Road, Tax Map 35, Lot 5, in the CI District. The property owner of record is Northland Property, Inc.

#09-08: A request from Rite Aid for an appeal of the administrative decision of the chief building official regarding a decision made on a sign permit application(s) by Sign-A-Rama on behalf of Rite Aid and under Article IX, §220-59. The sign(s) was/were to be located at 31 Garden Road, Tax Map 26, Lot 49, in the CI District. The owned of record is Soraghan Realty Trust, John Soraghan, Trustee.
