Non-Public Session Per RSA 91-A: 3 II (e)
The Board discussed the Ron Brown Investments, LLC litigation.
The Board decided they would meet with their attorney on Tuesday (February 22, 2011) before making a decision.
R. Gray motioned to leave non-public session and seal the minutes for three years, second by S. Ranlett.
There was no discussion on the motion and the vote was 4-0-0 U/A.
The Board ended non-public session at 7:35.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
