- PB15-11: An application for an Amendment to the Site Plan to include the addition of 790 sq. foot addition to existing automotive garage for storage of vehicles. The property is located at 24 Chandler Avenue, Tax Map 25, Lot 29 in the MDR District. The applicant and owner is Nick Pichowicz Realty, LLC.
- PB15-12: An application for an Amendment to the Site Plan to remove an existing storage building and build a new 10,248 sq. ft. lumber storage building. This property is located at 12 Old Road, Tax Map 29 Lot 35 in the I-1 District. The applicant is Moynihan Lumber and the owner is EMGJAY Plaistow LLC.
- PB15-13 Methuen Construction: A Design Review application to review an amendment to the site plan to replace 19,590 square feet of existing industrial & office space with a 36,000 square foot of office use. This property is located at 144 Main Street, Tax Map 41 Lots 12 & 13 in the I-1 Industrial District. The Applicant/owner is Metcon Realty, LLC.
