  • Roll Call and Confirmation of Quorum.
  • Minutes of the October 1, 2014 Planning Board Meeting. (Motion Required).
  • A condominium site plan amendment for a 4-unit building currently known as the
           “Baron’s Industrial Park Condominium.”  The property and building are located at
            95A Plaistow Road, Tax Map 28, Lot 23, totaling +/-11.5 acres.  The property is
            located in the Commercial I District and the owners of record are Raymond Baron,
            Trustee and Scott Building Twenty, LLC.  

  • A site plan amendment for Pynn Masonry to show the remodeling of a rear portion
            of a building to add 192 square feet of office space.  The property is located in the
            Integrated Commercial Residential (ICR) Zoning District at 29 Newton Road, Tax
            Map 66, Lot 20 totaling 7.2 acres and +/- 598 feet of frontage.  The owner of
            record is George Pynn Realty, LLC.

  • A site plan amendment for the property located at 17 Danville Road, Tax Map 30,            
            Lot 80, totaling +/- .65 acres and +/- 141 feet of frontage. The amendment is to  
            show a change of use from office space and commercial warehousing and
            distribution of cabinets to office space and automotive service and repair. Changes
            include additional parking.  The owner of record is Krisdan, LLC.
