- Roll Call and Confirmation of Quorum.
- Appointment of Geoffrey Adams as an Alternate -- term expired in March 2014 .~ No votes for April meetings should appear in minutes for him due to need to have him sign a new warrant. Contact Kerry to have a warrant drawn up and signed by the Selectmen, then he can go to Maryellen Pelletier’s office and sign it also.
- Minutes of the April 2, 2014 Planning Board Meeting. (Motion Required).
- Discussion with Bill Norton regarding an additional proposed use at 144
Main Street.
5) Discussion with Janice Maramaldi regarding a proposed small business at several
possible locations.
6) CONTINUATION OF WORKSHOP: Final Draft of Survey for MasterPlan Update.
7) Reading of Communications Directed to or From the Board.
8) Report/Update By Tim Moore on RPC and MPO Activities and on the Rail Project.
9) Other Business.
- Updates and FYI’s from the Planning and Building Departments.
