- Meeting Convene and Roll Call.
- Minutes of the March 20, 2013 Planning Board Meeting. (Motion Required).
- Review of the updated Planning Board Rules of Procedure based upon changes made at the March 20, 2013 Planning Board meeting.
- Recommendations for Reappointment of Representatives to the Rockingham Planning Commission (RPC) and the RPC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). If OK with Steve, their are 2 more items I would like to have on the Agenda. (Merilyn Senter has agreed to be the TAC alternate, but has declined to continue as a RPC Commissioner, so one (1) slot is open. (RPC terms are 4 years, TAC term is 3 years). (Motion Required).
- Report/Update By Tim Moore on RPC Activities.
- Presentation on “How to Read a Site Plan”.
- Other Business.
