AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR GAS PUMPS AT A CONVENIENCE STORE/SERVICE STATION FOR A 2.99 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND, MORE OR LESS AS DEPICTED ON THE ATTACHED EHIBIT AND DESCRIBED AS THE FOLLOWING Tax Parcel: 26-37-19-00-511 PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF EXISTING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND USAGE CODE OF THE TOWN; AMENDING SECTION 157.270 (F), 157.285 (F), 157.300 (F) AND 157.315 (F) OF THE LAND USAGE CODE; PROVIDING FOR REFERENCE TO THE PROVISIONS OF NEW SECTION 157.507; AMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS OF CHAPTER 157; AMENDING SECTION 157.502 (B) VISUAL SCREENS; PROVIDING CRITERIA FOR VISUAL SCREENS; ADDING A NEW SECTION 157.507 RELATING TO ADDITIONAL YARD REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ZONED PROPERTIES ABUTTING PROPERTY  ZONED RESIDENTIAL OR A RESIDENTIAL AREA;  PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
