AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV, CHAPTERS 150, 151, 153, 154, 156 AND 157 OF THE LAND USAGE CODE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING SECTIONS 150.01, 151.014, 153.001, 154.002, 156.01 AND  157.003, DEFINITIONS BY ADDING A PROVISION TO SUCH SECTIONS STATING THAT WHERE ANY TERM USED IS NOT DEFINED THEN SUCH TERM SHALL HAVE THE SAME DEFINITION AS USED IN THE LATEST VERSION OF THE DICTIONARY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION, BY CYRIL M. HARRIS, MCGRAW-HILL PUBLISHING; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE.

Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that:  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
