AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING TITLE XV, CHAPTER 157 ZONING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; AMENDING SECTION 157.003 TO PROVIDE A NEW DEFINITION OF “DWELLING, SINGLE-FAMILY; PROVIDING FOR A DEFINITION OF “MANUFACTURED HOME”;  PROVIDING FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES AS AN ALLOWABLE USE IN THE TR-1 (MOBILE HOME PARKS) AND TRC-1 (MOBILE HOME COOPERATIVE) ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY, AREA ENCOMPASSED AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE;  PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES COD

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND USAGE CODE OF THE TOWN; AMENDING SECTION 157.003 BY DELETING THE DEFINITION OF “FENCE” AND THE DEFINITION OF “WALL”; AMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 157.507 RELATING TO FENCES AND WALLS GATES, ENTRANCEWAYS AND RELATED STRUCTURES; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS, HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS, MAINTENANCE, MATERIALS AND DESIGN; PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FENCES, WALLS AND RELATED STRUCTURES VISIBLE FROM HIGHWAS U.S.1; PROVIDING FOR A GRANDFATHER CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PERMIT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AREA ENCOMPASSED, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that:  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law
