AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING TITLE IX, CHAPTER 91, SECTION 91.019 (C) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN RELATING TO LOT CLEARANCE; REMOVING PROVISIONS REQUIRING THE TOWN TO CLEAR PRIVATE PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR DISCRETIONARY LOT CLEARANCE BY THE TOWN PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INTERPRETATION, REPEAL AND CODIFICATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
