AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES , BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT; AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY FROM R-2 (ONE-, TWO-, AND MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO C-P (COMMERCIAL PARKWAY); WHICH PROPERTY IS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF THE ZONING MAP; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
C. ORDINANCE NO. 2017-05 – Dissolve the Town of Palm Shores Community Redevelopment Agency – First Reading
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, REPEALING ORDINANCE 2004-06 AND RESOLUTIONS 2004-04 AND 2004-05; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDS TO BREVARD COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL; SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
