A. Words for the town meeting article requesting a non-binding straw vote to see if the voters want the Road Study Committee to continue to focus on the construction of a proposed town garage and if so to authorize the expenditure of funds to~prepare for~the construction but not the actual construction.
B. Prepare the necessary documents to inform the public at a hearing (on the same date as the public hearing for the 2011 - 2012 budget) about the basic plans for the proposed garage and the estimated cost.
C. Update on recent garage visits.
D. Update on the RSMS software.
