Site walk convened at 93 Heniger Park Road at 5:35 PM. Deb Goding pointed out flagged property lines and flags depicting the proposed site of the new structure. Applicant is proposing a new cedar log cabin 32’ by 20’ located 59’8” from the high water line of Pleasant Lake and a septic system designed for one bedroom.
The Planning Board viewed the terrain, vegetation, current structures and current signs of water runoff on the site. Deb Goding pointed out the trees that she feels would have to be removed to complete the project.
Site walk ended at 5:58 PM.
