Planning Board Meeting Minutes
December 17, 2013
1. Call to Order: The regular meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were, Chair- Dan Peaco, Vice Chair - David McVety, Secretary -Karen Turino, Beth Damon, Herb Olsen, Alternate - Rick Jackson & Alternate -Stan Brett. ~~

3. Announcement of Quorum: Board had a quorum
4. Approve Secretary’s Report:
A. Regular Meeting Minutes November 19, 2013 *Motion to accept minutes. SB/HO Unanimous.
5. Discussion & Comments from public:
A. None.
6. Residence Based Business Applications:
A. None
7. Shoreland Zoning Applications:
A. Robert Guy, Map R-06, Lot 043 – 220 West Andrews Hill Road. Foundation under existing home 20’ off Crooked River. Richard St John CEO –Page 5 of Planning board book- Non- Conforming Structures, The property is in a flood way, the new foundation will have flood doors in it. KT asked if all the conditions from 2007 were met, RSJ can do the survey. The homeowner will be doing the construction work, Robert Guy is to set up a schedule with CEO, and he will be involved from start to finish. CEO will be there before the forms are put in, before any cement is poured and when the house is put back in place.

11. Upcoming Dates:
A. Planning Board Meeting January 21, 2014 at 7:00 PM.
12. Discussion & comments from Code Enforcement Officer:
A. CEO asked if any PB member had attended the OPRC meeting.
13. Discussion & comments from Board:
A. DP asked if anyone had item for the OPRC and if they got them to him, he
would past on to OPRC. A copy of the November 19, 2013 PB minutes will be send to OPRC.
B. HO asked about PB books and if there was going to be a workshop. DP said if nothing on January 21, 2014 agenda, they would schedule a workshop
14. Adjournment:
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:28 PM. – Unanimous.
