August 6, 2013
1. Call to Order: The workshop was called to order at 7:03 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were, Chair- Dan Peaco, Vice Chair - David McVety, Secretary - Karen Turino, Herb Olsen & Alternate -Stan Brett. (Absent - Beth Damon & Alternate - Rick Jackson)

3. Announcement of Quorum: Board had a quorum
4. WORKSHOP ITEMS:
A. Planning Board Manual Update: PB members received new Planning Board manuals. This supplement is an update to Maine Municipal Associations Planning Board Manual published in December 2011. This supplement is issued December 2012.
DP: Requesting BOX of TABS, HO - needs Supplement # 1 to MMA PB Manual pages 1 – 4 (one sided)
PB requested an updated contact list.
Town of Otisfield PB Bylaws: No copies needed.
*Town of Otisfield Policies: TT will make (8) Copies.
*-Town of Otisfield Minor Subdivision Requirements. TT will make (8) Copies.
*-Town of Otisfield Major Subdivision Requirements Preliminary Plan. TT will make (8) Copies.
*-Town of Otisfield Major Subdivision Requirements, Final Plan. TT will make (8) Copies.
*-Subdivision Ordinance – Change page 13 & 14 to read (9) copies instead of (3). TT to update on web site. TT will make (8) Copies of page 13 & 14.
*-Building Ordinance – TT asked CEO if June 21, 2008 is most recent and he said yes, no copies needed.
*-Emergency Management Ordinance – TT will make (8) Copies.
*- Cemetery Policies – The cemetery page policy is correct. However, under PB, Delete page 2 (cemetery policies and Regulations w/ new one) under the PB Cemetery Ordinance and replace it w/ that (9) copies needed
GRAVEYARD Separate from JUNKYARDS needs its own TAB name it cemetery
*-Junkyards – Needs new TAB
-Road Construction
*-Shoreland Zoning – (5) copies of new Shoreland Zoning, Adopted June 27, 2009
*-Floodplain Ordinance – TT will make (8) Copies and a NEW TAB is needed.
*-Site Plan Review – Danny needs new TAB dated June 21, 2008.
-Wireless – No copies needed at this time.
*-Miscellaneous – Animal Control -, Beach Control, Street Naming & Numbering Ordinance, Driveway Ordinance & No Parking Ordinance. TT will make (8) Copies.
*- Comprehensive Plan – dated June 2011 –Sandy will make (8) Copies at Staples.
- Definitions – They will go in the back. Last page s/b dated 2009. No copies needed.
5. Upcoming Dates:
A. Planning Board Meeting August 20, 2013 at 7:00 PM.
B. Planning Board Public Hearing August 20, 2013 to follow regular meeting.
6. Adjournment: With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 PM. KT/SB – Unanimous.
