1. Call to Order: 7:02 P.M.
2. Attendance: Chair- Dan Peaco, Vice Chair- David Mc Vety, Secretary-Karen Turino, Herb Olsen, Beth Damon, Alternate- Rick Jackson. Absent: Stan Brett
3. Announcement of Quorum: Was a Quorum.
4. Approve Secretary’ Report:
A. Regular Meeting Minutes November 20, 2012, Approved DM motion, KT 2nd, all in favor.

6. Residence- Based Business Applications: None
7. Shoreland Zoning Applications: None

11. Upcoming Dates: February 19, 2013 Planning Board Meeting has been changed to February 12, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. as a workshop. This workshop will be to look over all ordinances.
12. Discussion & comments from Code Enforcement Officer:
Someone called Richard St. John wanted information on the Bolsters Mills Store. Was asked if building could go larger or taller, Richard said no to both question. As of January 1, 2013 Timber Harvest and related activities in Shoreland areas are now under the Maine Forest Department. CEO: Our Ordinance will need updating, and the town’s people will need to vote on the ordinance. Richard stated the PB will always have the say over the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance. Richard spoke with the lawyer about the old Sub-Divisions, the lawyer said just need the CEO to sign off and all non-conforming lots will merge into the rest of the conforming lot. All ordinances taking the time line under consideration should be looked at.
