Planning Board Meeting Minutes
December 15, 2009
1. Call to Order: The regular meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were Chair - Stan Brett, Vice Chair - Dan Peaco, Mike McAllister, Recording Secretary - Beth Damon & Alternate - Karen Turino. *Karen Turino moved up as a voting member. (Absent – Herb Olsen and Alternate – Dave McVety)
Code Enforcement Officer: Richard St. John
Planning Board Secretary: Tanya Taft
3. Quorum: Board had a quorum.
4. Secretary’s Report:
A. Regular Meeting Minutes from December 1, 2009. *Motion to accept minutes. DP/MM –Unanimous.
*Changing Residence Based Business #6 to # 8 Site Plan Application.
5. Discussion & Comments from public:
A. None.

A. None.
7. Shoreland Zoning Applications:
A. None.
8. Site Plan Applications:
A. Wayne Robichaud DBA Otisfield Auto Sales at 36 Oak Hill Rd. Tax Map R-09 Lot 049.

All Board members agreed that notifying abutters within 500 feet is acceptable for this application.
*Motion to deem this application complete. MM/DP – Unanimous.
*A public hearing is scheduled for January 5, 2010 @ 7:00 PM. TT will notify abutters.
B. Site Plan Review Ordinance: Remove the distance of notifying abutters from Site Plan review Ordinance (page 3; Section 4, B, 1, a ) at next change and place the verbiage “see definition of abutters” in place of existing verbiage.

A. None.

A. None.
11. Upcoming Dates:
A. Planning Board Public Hearing - January 5, 2010 @ 7:00 PM - Wayne Robichaud DBA Otisfield Auto Sales at 36 Oak Hill Rd. Tax Map R-09 Lot 049.
B. Planning Board Public Hearing - January 5, 2010 – Shoreland Zoning Map update and Otisfield Definition Ordinance changes as requested by MDEP.
C. Planning Board Regular Meeting to follow Public Hearings
12. Discussion & comments from Code Enforcement Officer:
A. On vacation next week, will be back after Christmas.
13. Discussion & comments from Board:
A. Site plan application needs to be updated.
B. Subdivision ordinance review will be placed on web site.
