3.      Discussion & Comments:
Site Walk was opened by RM and turned over to Jon Damon for the guided walk
Property lines and markers were shown. The front of deck will be just over 100’ from Thompson Lake’s high water mark. Mahoney’s land includes a Right of Passage, allowing them to cross other lots and others to cross theirs, via Beehive Lane. This lane needs to be determined if it fits the definition of a “road”. Beehive Lane can be repositioned on the Mahoney property if needed. The driveway on the Ohivo Road is for the Mahoney’s only. For over 20 years this has been a common ROW and it may be impossible to revoke usage. RM: Set back from the structure to Beehive Lane may be an issue.  ZH: Concerned about erosion control. RM: PB feels strongly about using the correct erosion control method necessary. Jon Damon: Agreed. Plan is to have a full foundation, finished walk out basement, (2) story home. To meet setbacks road may be moved. RM: PB goal is to follow ordinance. Kathleen Shaller: To remain the same would be the most ideal situation for her and the neighbors. Jon Damon: Removing the existing bathhouses, auxiliary, and the auxiliary near the leach field.  Existing garage will stay. Jon Damon: The septic tank will be removed for a drilled well. Discussion re: Beehive Lane, is it a Right of Way?  Private Road? RM: PB, clearly needs verification. RM: how many abutters have access on Beehive Lane? Kathleen Shaller: (2) camps have access. RM: is this a common right of way? Kathleen Shaller: Not sure what’s in the deed or who owns it. RM: Wants to be sure no abutters will be harmed by a decision made by the PB approval. PB: Culverts draining stormwater onto this site is an issue to discuss.

4.      Adjournment:  6:55 PM
