Applicant would like to propose construction of a cottage on an existing foundation. This is a non-conforming structure within 100’ of Pleasant Lake.
There will be a Public Site Walk Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 5:30 PM. The Planning Board & the Applicant will meet at the entrance of the property.
*Rain date is scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2017 @ 5:30 PM.
