2. Announcement of Quorum (or appoint alternate to serve)
3. Opening statement and introductions: Rick Micklon, Planning Board Chairman
4. APPLICANT: Dan Simoneau – Camp Manasseh - R7 Lot 16: Appearing for Site Plan Review for youth camp on Saturday Pond.
Application status: Voted complete & pending final vote of acceptance or denial
NOTE: Applicant and/or his representatives will provide a brief and final overview of the camp, including the Site Plan Map for a visual reference during the hearing. This overview will be done without questions or interruptions from the public.
5. PUBLIC: Questions, comments, and concerns may be addressed to the applicant, the Planning Board, or consultants for either party. Any party wishing to speak must go through the Chairman, identify themselves, state their physical address, and keep their discussion brief and on-subject. Repetitive concerns will be allowed, but the discussion will be limited and monitored for time.
