A. Appeals Process: final approval of (1) memo to BOS summarizing our appraisal of the process including reconsiderations, and (2) a graphic representation of the current timeline.
B. Coordination of definitions in current ordinances( except the Roads Ordinance): we should formally adopt a report to forward to the Select Board.
C. “Signs” ordinance for Otisfield: develop a working draft based on language from the Town of Newry.

The following are the regularly scheduled OPRC meetings for 2016 and 2017. All meetings are held in the Town Office Building at 7:00 PM and are open to the public.
