Meeting Minutes from December 15, 2016.
4. Old Business
A. Develop priority and schedule for our efforts on the remaining tasks until summer adjournment. Several of our items may need to be scheduled for hearings and be posted on the warrant for the next town meeting. Depending on this schedule, we may decide to alter the order of the issues listed below.
B. Appeals Process
Try to develop suggestions for the timing of various steps in the appeals process – especially regarding requests for reconsideration of a decision of the Appeals Board.
C. Review our efforts to coordinate language in all of the current ordinances so that their definitions reflect any new or modified items in the recently approved “Definitions for the Town of Otisfield Ordinances”. We still need try to find a resource to help us update some of the definitions in the current Road Ordinance.
D. Continue work to develop a “Signs” ordinance for Otisfield. We expect to examine language in the Town of Newry’s current ordinance.

The following are the regularly scheduled OPRC meetings for 2016 and 2017. All meetings are held in the Town Office Building at 7:00 PM and are open to the public.
