3. Approve Secretary’s Report
A. Meeting Minutes from May 12, 2016.
4. Old Business
A. Organize and begin task of examining all of the current ordinances so that their definitions reflect any new or modified items in the recently approved “Definitions for the Town of Otisfield Ordinances”.
B. Continue discussion of possible revisions of process for appealing Planning Board decisions to the Board of Appeals.
5. New Business
Sign Ordinance / Clarifying Site Plan Review Ordinance
Sign clarification/verbiage in the Site Plan Review Ordinance, including the Residence
Based Business section, needs to be looked at. Planning Board members have concluded that there needs to be oversight, clarification, and consistency around signage in Otisfield; therefore
BOS would like to have a Sign Ordinance developed. *Motion that we ask the OPRC to
look into creating a Sign Ordinance and to clarify Site Plan Review Ordinance as it
pertains to signs.
6. Adjournment
The following are the regularly scheduled OPRC meetings for 2016 and 2017. All meetings are held in the Town Office Building at 7:00 PM and are open to the public.
