AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hal Ferguson will preside.
2. At 1:30pm Motion by HF 2nd by LA, Unanimous, to move into executive session pursuant to Title 1 M.R.S.A. § section 405 (6) (H) to consult with the Town Attorney concerning pending litigation. The board relocated this session to 100 Middle Street Portland, ME, at the Law Offices of Bernstein Shur at 3pm.
*Motion to close Executive session at 6:20pm by HF 2nd LA-Unanimous
3. ADJOURNMENT: at 6:30PM.
