Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
February 3, 2010
1. CALL TO ORDER: The regular meeting was called to order at 9:10 PM.
Hal Ferguson, Chairman; Rick Micklon and Lenny Adler were present.
*Audience and board members saluted the flag.
( Meeting after public meeting at school on Coyotes)
2. SECRETARY’S REPORT:
A. Meeting minutes from January 20, 2010. *Motion to accept minutes. RM/LA– Unanimous.
3. SELECTMEN’S ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED & VOTED ON:
A. Motion to sign Warrant # 14 to pay the towns bills. LA/RM – Unanimous.
B. Motion to use Town of Harrison's equipment operator's job description until Otisfield has updated this description. This will be given to applicants when applying for the job. LA/RM- Unanimous
4. ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 PM. HF/RM – Unanimous.
