3. On a motion by Tom, 2nd by Mark, All voted to sign Warrant #8 to pay the towns bills.

4. Rick Micklon, chair planning board reported that by May 14th both subdivisions should have completed applications. They will then schedule public hearings.
Update of fees schedule is nearly complete. They are comparing fees to 5 towns and will then make a recommendation to the board. We are working on the website getting all planning board information onto discs to send.

5. Ad Hoc committee chairman, Rick Micklon, reported that they are at this time on a fact finding schedule. Concerns are first and foremost to protect Saturday Pond. Keeping erosion under control, access safety, closing area completely, checking with MMA on safety issues, researching deeds, and work with DEP on permit by rule. Mark said close lot at town property line, use proper signage.

6. Jim Ryan abutter to Sams Landing was present; he is very upset with what has happened. Do you usually let private citizens do work on town property?
All parties that were involved are not allowed on the property. If those citizens operate in this town & work here, they need to put up performance bonds. The have to pay for what they have done. I have considered closing off the ROW; I'm so upset with what they did to the property. I am glad that you have formed this ad hoc committee and are proactive in taking over the situation. I will hold off on doing anything until I see what direction the town takes.

7.  On a motion by Mark, 2nd by Tom, All voted to appoint Virginia Noble as ballot clerk for the republican party for two years.

8. On a motion by Tom, 2nd by Mark, ALL voted not to send a letter of support for Community Concepts housing grants.

9. Two oldest boxes at transfer station are in dire need of repair; both of them have receiver port doors that need to be replaced. They cannot just be repaired they are rusted beyond repair. Pine tree waste will take the box to their facility and replace the doors ASAP.

10. On a motion by Mark, 2nd by Tom, All voted to sign quit claim deed from the town to James Micklon for property on the Kilbey Edwards road. Letter will be sent to him stating that if the future this property is foreclosed on they are informing you that it will go to the highest bidder, rather than the flexibility they have shown you in this current situation.

11. Motion to adjourn by Tom, 2nd by Mark, ALL at 10:05pm.

        Respectfully submitted,
