B. Oxford County Budget for 2012= $214,849 > $16,441 over 2011 $198,408.
C. Job description committee submitted Town Secretary & Web Manager job description for Board review.
D. Volunteer for Conservation Committee- Nicholas J. Edwards
E. Community Hall oil usage over the Feb. opening 121.4gal @$3.003990= $369.04
F. Any updates/items that may present themselves.
