1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hal Ferguson will preside.

3. ACTION ON MINUTES:
A. To see if the Board will vote to approve the minutes of the February 1, 2012 regular Board meetings? Motion by____, 2nd____, ALL Y- N.
4. SPECIAL EVENTS
A. 7:05 pm-Del Maxfield, surveyor, discussing future surveying of the town’s property. Review the properties already surveyed.
B. John O’Donnell , town assessor, will discuss what is available for services to the town from O’Donnell & Associates,
i.e. materials for the website, online assessing, maps, TTF, deeds etc.
5. COMMITTEE REPORTS: (PLEASE NOTE: Requests to be on the agenda due Friday, prior to the meeting by 5pm with details)

A. To see if the Board will vote to approve Warrant # 15 to pay the town’s bills.

and 1 M.R.S.A. § section 405 (6)(A) to discuss Personnel Matters, where it could reasonably be expected that a persons
right of privacy could be violated.
