A. Assessors certificate of Supplemental Assessment & Certificate for Supplemental Commitment #1 2013. (3 years Spear & 2 years Siekman).
B. Corrective Municipal Release Deed (Map R07/Lot 38).
C. Abatement MapR12/lot 22D (Pompeo)
D. Pole Permit Rayville Road/ Peaco Hill intersection.
E. Snowplowing Contracts for Blauvelt & Dyer.
F. Historical Society dates for Community Hall use.
G. Independent Contractor Status law has changed 2013. Each person will have to fill out form not the Town.
H. MMWAC- tipping fee Sixth period 2/1/2013 no adjustment for inflation will stay at $82.29/ton. 2/2014 CPI adjustment will begin with the 7th period.
