3. Article____Proposed “Prohibition on Retail Marijuana Establishments and Retail
Marijuana Social Clubs Ordinance.”- Board of Selectmen
Board of Selectmen recommend that we approve.
4. Article____To see if the town will appropriate from Timber Reserve the sum of $40,000 for building improvements to the town office. Improvements include: Lowered ceiling, new lighting, upgraded electrical, new counter work space, improved storage, new/upgraded flooring, painting, etc. - Board of Selectmen

Finance Committee recommend we do so.
5. Article____To see if the town will appropriate from Timber Reserve the sum of $22,000 for the purchase of an “electronic message sign” in front of the town office. – Board of Selectmen

6. Article___To see if the town will vote to transfer the Heniger Park lease fees to the Equipment Reserve Account. (Last year’s fees were approximately $101,000) – Board of Selectmen
