1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:18 PM at the Otisfield Town Hall.
2. Attendance: Members present were: Interim Chair-Marianne Izzo-Morin, Recording Secretary- Anne Pastore and Alternate–Don Mixer & Vice Chair-Janet Douglass. *Don Mixer moved up as a voting member for tonight’s proceedings. (Absent - Interim Vice Chair - Sharon Matthews & Chairman-Don Verrill)

3. Quorum: Board had a quorum.
4. Secretary’s Report:
A. Meeting Minutes from April 19, 2012. *Motion to accept minutes. AP/MIM – Unanimous.
5. Administrative Appeal
A. None.
6. Appeal for a variance
A. None.
7. Discussion and comments from Board:
A. MIM reported that the Town has been served by James Gregory, Kristin Roy & Mr. Potto. No date has been set as of yet.
8. Miscellaneous:
A. None.
9. Upcoming Dates:
A. Board of Appeal Meeting July 10, 2012 @ 5:00 PM unless something is needed sooner.
10. Adjournment:
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM. AP/MIM Unanimous.
