Organizational Meeting Minutes
January 9, 2007
1. Call to Order: The regular meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were Chairman Don Verrill, Acting Chairman, Jim Bishop, Marianne Izzo-Morin, and Lenny Adler (Absent - Ray Woodworth)
3. Quorum: Board had a quorum.
4. Secretary’s Report:
A. Meeting Minutes from November 30, 2006. Motion to accept. MIM/DV – Unanimous. .
5. Discussions and comments from Public.
A. None.
6. Administrative Appeal
A. None.
7. Appeal for a variance.
A. None.
8. Discussion and comments from Board:
A. BOA members would like to check w/ MMA about any upcoming workshops. TT will call Oxford, Harrison, South Paris and Norway to check on group workshops.
B. Lenny Adler is moved up as a regular voting member so the board has a total of 5 members.
9. Miscellaneous:
A. None.
10. Upcoming Dates:
A. On an as needed basis with the exception of at least once a year to appoint officers.
11. Adjournment:
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM. JB/LA – Unanimous.
