A. Meeting Minutes from July 10, 2012.
5. Administrative Appeal:
A. Request for “relief from the decision” & “lack of decision” of the Code Enforcement Officer and Planning Board as related to the August 7, 2012 Planning Board Findings of Fact (F.O.F.) and Conclusions of Law regarding the proposed cell tower. This request is from a group of residents called the Friends of Scribner Hill. This meeting is for the BOA to decide to approve or deny this request based solely upon the conclusive evidence submitted by the Friends of Scribner Hill. Being an Administrative Appeal, the BOA will not be conducting a de novo review during this proceeding.
